For this, our 5th year of the Modern Commerce MonitorTM report, we interviewed SMBs regarding marketing and advertising, HR and payroll, supply chain management, finance and operations, and customer relationship management. The insights gathered from this and previous reports allow us to build upon trends year over year, quarter over quarter, while identifying key outliers and forecasting for the future. In addition, given the unique economic environment of 2020, we will be conducting additional surveys through to the Fall.
